Queridos irmãos em Cristo

A Capela São Vicente de Paulo, para poder melhor organizar as missões, e produzir muitos frutos em cima do trabalho missionário, esta vindo com novidades, um sistema operacional denominado INFOCAP, que tem como objetivo armazenar dados dos fiéis da comunidade, como também filtrar informações por pastoral.

A idéia que esta surgindo, é criarmos um mecanismo eficaz para o trabalho voluntário e evangelizador.

E o que estamos nos propondo é organizar sistematicamente todo trabalho pastoral, para que a qualquer tempo, possamos saber quem são nossos carentes e nossos doadores, quantas famílias temos cadastradas, quantas crianças que poderiam estar participando de uma infância missionárias, outras que devem ou deveriam estar na catequese;quais são os adultos que não tem todos ou algum sacramento, quais são os casais que procuram pelo sacramento do matrimônio, quais os bebês que precisam do sacramento do batismo e ufa tem muita coisa que podemos fazer através do trabalho missionário.

E é esta uma das etapas que a Capela São Vicente de Paulo esta se propondo a fazer.
E se tiverem idéias que poderão ser aproveitadas, compartilhem conosco, podemos acrescentar e enriquecer um sistema, que quem sabe no futuro, possa ajudar as demais capelas.

Dear brothers in Christ

The Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul, in order to better organize your tasks, and produce many fruits over the missionary work, is coming new features, an operating system called INFOCAP, which aims to store data of the faithful of the community, and filter information by pastoral.

The idea this SYSTEM, is creating an effective mechanism for voluntary work and evangelization.

What we are proposing is to organize systematically all pastoral work so that at any time, we know who are our poor and our donors, how many families have registered, how many children who could be participating in a missionary child, others that should or should be in the catechism, adults who do not have all or some sacrament, what are the couples who seek the sacrament of marriage, which babies need the sacrament of baptism and whew is much we can do through missionary work.

And this is one of the steps that the Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul is proposing to do.

And if you have ideas that may contribute, to share with us, we can add and enhance a system, that maybe in the future, can help the other chapels.
